A bit About Us
What we do
We provide weekly fruit and veg healthboxes to your door or office. Our healthboxes contain a variety of produce to keep you healthy, help with meal planning as well as budgeting.
We source our produce every Tuesday and offer same day delivery.
The produce is usually harvested on the Monday morning, processed and packed in the afternoon, trucked through the night, offloaded Tuesday around 3am, then purchased by us by 5am. We then pack and deliver.
This allows our produce to taste fresher and last longer than conventional sources. We also make an effort to source class 1 produce!

Every week we provide you with a variety of fresh, seasonal and local fruit and veg. The box is designed to provide a couple or small family with all the good foods they need to stay healthy.
Delivery available: Northern suburbs, Parow, Goodwood.
