About Us.
Our healthboxes are designed to provide enough food for a couple, for a week. We change the boxes every week to make sure we buy fresh seasonal produce, which comes from local farmers, as well as to provide a range of nutrients to keep you healthy! We wish to give access to healthy food to as many people as possible so we try keep our prices as low as as we can. We believe this gives our customers great value for money as well as making healthy food accessible to more people!

Born from a passion for food and health!
Working as a personal trainer highlighted a few common issues regarding health, the biggest being food. A few issues are; the cost of fresh food, that it goes off in a few days of buying, the quality of food and there is a large misunderstanding/confusion of what healthy food even is. The Petre Dish was created for a few clients and friends to address most of those concerns. With the quality and value for money, it took off and has grown to where we are today!

- We value freshness. By sourcing and delivering on the same day, Tuesday. This allows us to provide you with highest quality and freshest produce available on that day. This also means we will never know what we will get, until we get it, as farming is never a constant.
- We value variety, so no 2 weeks are exactly the same. This also helps to provide you with a wide range of nutrients, to help you stay healthy.
- We value affordability. By keeping our prices as low and as consistent as possible. Making budgeting, the food, for your household much easier and most likely, lower.
- We value quality. Most of the produce we purchase is Class 1, which means it is of export quality. You will struggle to find the same quality in local stores due to it being a higher price than Class 2. But we believe better quality food provides better nutrition, so we don’t cut on costs!
- We value convenience. By offering delivery to your door and an easy no binding subscription.
- We value food and nature. The subscription helps us to gauge numbers better, so no food goes to waste. We also do not store food to use in the following box, as we also believe in freshness and quality. So all extra food is donated to a local Children’s Home and to a Soup Kitchen. We reuse our packaging and the ones not reused are recycled. Our bags are decomposable and recyclable.
