Every Week Is Different
We intentionally vary the contents of each Healthbox from week to week.
Our goal is to provide a wide range of fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables
while avoiding repetition where possible.
The contents are influenced by seasonal availability and quality, allowing us
to include produce at its freshest and best value.
A typical box contains approximately 4–5 vegetable varieties and 2–3 fruit varieties.
Freshness & Sourcing
Order your fruit and veg weekly now. Our ‘lucky packet’ of fruit and veg aimed to keep a couple healthy over a week! Fresh, local and great quality. Fixed at R160 it aims to help with meal planning and budgeting.
We source our produce every Tuesday and offer same day delivery.
The produce is usually harvested on the Monday morning, processed and packed in the afternoon, trucked through the night, offloaded Tuesday around 3am, then purchased by us by 5am. We then pack and deliver.
This allows our produce to taste fresher and last longer than conventional sources. We also make an effort to source class 1 produce!
Delivery available Within 10km of Welgemoed Forum. From Kraaifontein, Brackenfell, Durbanville, Bellville and Parow.

Choose your weekly Healthbox and place your order.
2. We Source
We select fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables for the week’s boxes.
3. We Pack
Your Healthbox is packed with a new variety of produce each week.
4. Tuesday Delivery
Your fresh box is delivered on Tuesday.
